Not a one-time event. These are your people โก
Seven recurring group programs that meet consistently over time. The same circle, the same trust, building something real together. Led by Rochelle, certified coach, facilitator, QMHA, RBT, and 20+ year homeschool parent. Non-clinical, community-centered, grounded in lived experience.
These are ongoing groups, not one-time drop-ins. When you join a group, you're joining a recurring circle that meets regularly, same people, same space, growing together over time. That's what makes them different from our drop-in workshops. Groups form based on interest, with no fixed dates are set until we reach minimum enrollment. This group is for anyone who has ever said "I'm not creative" and meant it. We use crafting as a vehicle for building confidence, silencing the inner critic, taking creative risks, and celebrating what you make regardless of how it looks. No skills required. Just courage.
A gentle, non-clinical grief support circle where we process loss through creative expression. Memory boxes, comfort crafts, collage, written prompts, whatever feels right. You'll be held in a small, safe circle while your hands stay busy and your heart begins to move. This is not therapy. It's community and creativity meeting grief with grace.
A low-pressure, intentional crafting circle for people running on empty. No deadlines, no perfect finished product, no performance. Just slow, mindful making, the kind that quiets the noise and brings you back into your body. Ideal for burnt-out caregivers, working moms, and anyone who can't remember the last time they did something just for themselves.
A recovery-supportive crafting circle for people walking the sobriety path, whether you have 30 days or 10 years. Crafting gives your hands something to do while your community holds you up. We celebrate milestones, share honestly, and make things together. This is not a clinical program. It's peer-driven, creative, and grounded in wellness.
A crafting community built around moms: traditional, homeschool, single, working, all of you. We gather to create, connect, and exhale. No kids, no agenda, just two hours of something just for you. Homeschool moms especially welcome. We get the beautiful chaos of your world. Bring your project or use ours.
A creative life skills group for teens where making things is how we talk about identity, confidence, stress, peer pressure, and growing up. Each session pairs a craft with a conversation, not a lecture, just real talk in a safe circle. Teens leave with something they made and something they thought about. Homeschool and traditionally schooled teens both welcome.
A couples crafting circle where you build something with your hands and strengthen something in your relationship. Guided by Rochelle, married 31 years, each session pairs a collaborative or parallel craft with a simple connection prompt. Fun, low-pressure, and surprisingly powerful. No therapy, no worksheets, just two people making something together.
