These are ongoing groups, not one-time drop-ins. When you join a group, you're joining a recurring circle that meets regularly, same people, same space, growing together over time. That's what makes them different from our drop-in workshops. Groups form based on interest, with no fixed dates are set until we reach minimum enrollment. Click "Join the Waitlist on Luma" to add your name. Once enough people are in, Rochelle will reach out to schedule the first session. Not sure which group fits? Courage Through Crafting
"I'm not creative" ends here

This group is for anyone who has ever said "I'm not creative" and meant it. We use crafting as a vehicle for building confidence, silencing the inner critic, taking creative risks, and celebrating what you make regardless of how it looks. No skills required. Just courage.

Grief doesn't have to be silent

A gentle, non-clinical grief support circle where we process loss through creative expression. Memory boxes, comfort crafts, collage, written prompts, whatever feels right. You'll be held in a small, safe circle while your hands stay busy and your heart begins to move. This is not therapy. It's community and creativity meeting grief with grace.

Teen Craft Lab
Build who you are through what you make

A creative life skills group for teens where making things is how we talk about identity, confidence, stress, peer pressure, and growing up. Each session pairs a craft with a conversation, not a lecture, just real talk in a safe circle. Teens leave with something they made and something they thought about. Homeschool and traditionally schooled teens both welcome.

Questions

Things people ask before joining

Do I need any crafting experience? +
Absolutely not. These groups are designed for all skill levels, including people who have never picked up a glue gun, crochet hook, or paintbrush. The point is the process, not the product.
Are these therapy groups? +
No. These are coaching, facilitation, and community groups, not clinical therapy or counseling. Rochelle is a certified coach, QMHA, community health worker, and certified group facilitator. If you need clinical mental health services, she can help you navigate resources. But these groups are peer-centered and wellness-focused.
Do I need to bring supplies? +
For most in-person groups, supplies are provided or a small materials fee is included. Luma event details will always list exactly what to bring (usually just yourself). Virtual sessions will specify what simple supplies to have on hand beforehand.
What if I can't make it to a session? +
No worries. Since groups form based on enrollment, there's no fixed schedule yet. Once your group launches, Luma will notify you of upcoming sessions and you can RSVP for the ones that work for you. Life happens and flexibility is built in.
Where are the groups held? +
Most in-person groups are held in the Las Vegas area (exact location shared via Luma after RSVP). Some groups also offer virtual sessions. Check the group card for format details. If you're outside Las Vegas, reach out. We're expanding.
How much does it cost? +
Pricing varies by group and is listed on the Luma event page. Some sessions are free, some have a small materials fee, and some are ticketed. The discovery call is always free. We believe in accessible wellness. Reach out if cost is a barrier.
Can I join more than one group? +
Yes! Many participants find they fit into more than one group, for example, a homeschool mom who also attends Mindful Makers and Couples Create with her spouse. Each group is its own circle so there's no conflict in attending multiple.
